Pricing Details:
• Fees are based on the hours required for each item, which include time spent on correspondence, sketching, production, file management, program subscriptions and most importantly, expertise gained from decades of experience.
• Travel Fees are not included
• Hazard pay covers any work involving a ladder or scaffolding, heavy lifting in high places, precarious installations, and working with hazardous materials.
• Violation of any of the terms above forfeit your rights to use any designs from Paper Curls Design and cancels your contract with NO REFUND. If necessary, legal remedies will be pursued.
Policies:
NO COMMUNICATION POLICY
After 30 days of no communication from you, FS Creative holds the right to terminate your project and contract and withhold the deposit.
RIGHTS & OWNERSHIP
Final payment ensures the use of design for agreed upon applications. Any other uses would need approval from FSC and a new contract would be made. Any ideas, concepts, mock-ups and final designs remain the property of FSC, unless any prior agreement has been made. Agreed upon applications are: logos, branded bookkeeping, web design, menu design, signage, stationery, home decor, textiles, apparel, accessories, decals and stickers.
REVISIONS, FEEDBACK & PRICE CHANGES
Final payment ensures each deliverable has opportunity for feedback. Any add-ons or revisions beyond the agreed upon amount will be charged at an hourly rate of $100/hour. FSC will submit price changes to client for approval prior to beginning such tasks. The total cost does not cover future drafts, color changes, file types, or coordination with manufacturers for merchandise.
PROTECTIONS AGAINST AI
By no means necessary will any of the designs under this contract be used to create generative AI or be put into an AI image generator, use for generative editing and fill, training or fine-tuning, auto filter apps, and seeding image. This ensures the intellectual property remains with the artist. All terms apply to client vendors and downstream licenses. Prior consent by FSC is needed before clients use technologies capable of generating derivative works in the same style or genre as of FSC work.
DEPOSIT, REFUNDS & PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Payment is due according to the schedule designated in "Compensation Schedule." Payments are to be received within 2 days of invoice date. If payments are overdue, you COULD be subject to a late charge of $45 (Upon my discretion - I'm not a jerk, shit happens). Final, approved, or accurately described work is non-refundable as well as all deposits
